Pumpkin Mousse

Hum,hum, hum...
I'm sitting here making my list of things I need
for dinner at my sisters. Love this time of year.
I'm always struggling to keep my weight down,
some days I win, most I lose. That's another story,
for another day ;^)
Anyway, I have this recipe, its good for more than
just a Thanksgiving dinner, especially if you like
pumpkin, like I do. It's a WW recipe too. So you
can eat quite a bit of it and not feel guilty. Lots of
fiber too....haha. We all need that...

Pumpkin Mousse

1 small package sugar free butterscotch
instant pudding
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 cups skim or 1% milk
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Combine pudding and milk
add canned pumpkin and spice, mix well
Refrigerate till set and serve with sugar free
Cool Whip.

We all love it at our house and its less expensive
than a pie by far. Enjoy.
Have a blessed and Happy Thanksgiving.

  1. That Pumpkin Mousse is so good. We are going to be bad and have a pumpkin pie...or an apple pie...or a pecan pie...Art better make up his mind or we will just have turkey!

  2. I know, I bought pies for dinner too. Sue wanted this recipe for a friend. It reminded me that I should make this too. Pecan pie sounds good...hot with a scoop of real vanilla ice cream!
