Sleepless in South Haven
Tomorrow is the Grand Reopening of my niece's
shop Humblebeads. I haven't seen these beads
before so I am hoping these are a few of the "new"
items she's listing. I know she had all kinds of ideas
in her head for beads when I saw her at Christmas.
So stop in and browse around. She has a drawing
for a $50.oo gift certificate, everyone who buys
something Saturday and Sunday will have their
name put in a drawing. If you join her newsletter,
she has a $25.00 gift certificate for a drawing. All
kinds of reasons to take a look. If you get tired of
looking at her new shop you can still see her stuff
at her ETSY Shop . I love the bird beads.
I myself am feeling lucky. I forgot to mention
that I am a winner of a drawing just this week.
I won a box from the Esty Texas Crafters
First Monday Sale....A Taste of Texas!
My name was drawn because I bought something
during the First Monday Sale. Love those Texans!!

Hi, I am Linda from Kalamazoo. I really enjoyed your blog and love your niece' beads. I may have to order some, they are gorgeous. I just had my 2nd class in polymer beads, but nothing as great as those. Also, I am a big fiber fan too and always looking for new fiber friends and ideas to share. I knit, felt, rug hook and use to quilt. Are there any groups or guilds in your area that are fun to join? Thanks, Linda
ReplyDeleteHey Linda...sounds like we have a lot in common. I knit, felt, rug hook and a whole lot more. No quilting yet, but that's not entirely out! I love going to quilt shows and getting inspired. There's no groups here in SH, but maybe we should start something? I usually wait for my sister from New Orleans, or for Heather to come from Texas. I drive over to Kazoo a lot.
ReplyDeleteLinda...by the way my name is Rosanne!
ReplyDeleteNice to meet you Rosanne. My kazoo fiber friends and I have been thinking of starting a group.
ReplyDeleteI come to South Haven alot, too.I rent an antique booth there. We should meet and bring some of our fiber arts and go from there. How about I write you next week and set a date.
Does Heather teach. Would she be willing to hold a class here when she comes to visit. I know at least 4 other gals who would pay for a class, no problem. Keep in touch. You can write directly to my email if you like Linda
