My journey into the world of fiber arts really began about 15 years when my sister Beverly and niece Heather got me started in beading. And from that day on I have never looked back!
That was until a couple of years ago. There was always feeling that something was missing. So I put my beads down, and started to find out what I wanted to do that would make me happy again. And with the help of my good friend Linda I discovered the world of fiber! Beginning with knitting and felting wool bags, needle felting embellishments, and finally moving into rug making. And with all of that I have gone full circle and am back to beading, using them in with my fiber projects. I have so many things I want to do...so follow me in my journey as I go through the world of fabulous fibers!
How nice !

Be glad to follow your journey. Isn't this fun? It seems to be leading many of us in directions we never would have expected to go. Sisters! Where would we be without our sisters? Where would I be without my brother too! And you mentioned your mother. Guess we are just so lucky to have family! Enjoy them and the project.
ReplyDeleteI love this guy. He's fond and foolish and so sweet you just want to hug his wool off.
